Hi everyone, I am working on a final research paper for a college English class, and the topic of the paper is the history and future of skiing. Anyway, I need to have a short interview or ask a few questions to several individuals who work in the ski industry. This can be done over PM, e-mail, or phone - it doesn't matter to me which. The general direction of my questions will be about the past and future of the ski industry, especially in regards to ski lifts since that's what this website is about. I just need to have sources for this paper from the ski industry itself. So, if you have interest in helping with this, just PM me and we can get in contact.
I do plan on contacting manufacturers of certain ski equipment also, probably a lift manufacturer, snowmaking manufacturer, and a ski manufacturer. I will also try to contact one of the colleges that has a ski area management program. Overall, if I get 3-5 industry sources that I interview, that's good, so I don't need a huge response, but I thought it would be fun to have a lift mechanic's perspective.
