Has anyone heard what caused the fall yet?

No, but I could see a misload being a cause. Kid misloads, mother tries to get her into the chair, they make it partway up that way but mom can't hang on. Pure speculation of course. I take issue with the GM's statement that it's 'nearly impossible' to fall out of the chair with the 'safety' bar down. I realise he's just trying to cover his own (and the mountain's) #$%, but still.

It's probably a little more ridiculous that this was on the Rocket, the high speed quad, and they managed to make it seven towers up before the girl fell.
