I noticed that Silver Star has posted it's expansion plans on its website. Plans call for a pretty big village along with two new high-speed quads.
• The Summit Express – a new high-speed quad lift which will eventually replace the Summit Double Chairlift.
• The "Silver Woods" Express – a new high speed quad which will open up new ski and snowboard terrain from below the existing Vance Creek Express.
However, there seems to be more new lifts after looking at the village plans.

It is interesting that they called the Comet Express: Vance Creek
As i beleive this is the name of the old Yan express Quad

Vance Creek is the drainage area that the Comet Express is in. 99% of the skiing public would have no idea that the old lift was the same type that was at Whistler.

True but you ask them why a fast lift would be hard to get on and they say "because its faster than the slow lift." :---:
