The singles line was going back up the run by 9am. I think I will wait for a weekday, at least until Loveland opens.

Easiest way is to retire & go on weekday. Rarely a line except on a powder day.

Since I can't retire, I like my four-tens schedule. Always one weekday available to skip the crowds.

We're still on for the 'budgeted' opening for Friday 1 November. I used to think we could get two feet in October and still not open (even if we were ready). After last spring's surprise season extension, I'm not so sure-- but my money's still on the schedule.

I remember back in 2001 Copper opened up Copperopolis for a few days to the public before the racers showed up as a fundraiser for 9-11 as the first annual fundraiser, that annual event never happened again, but it was great none the less.
