let's hope not, it's awful. Quicksilver doesn't start in the woods, not to mention the rest of that area (A-Chair/Mercury) is terribly represented, the whole 5/7/trygyve's portion of Peak 8 is also a mess. I could easily go on but hopefully in a week when they release the new trail map, this will not be it...

Sunday River's latest map. Most notable changes are the addition of T72, a new terrain park trail, and new glades Poppy Fields and North Woods. Also the expansion of the glades Chutzpah and Hardball.

I think several other people have noted this. I think that is the only goof they made in the map. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that all of the other quads are high speed quads, and Zendo is their first fixed grip quad. They got the legend right for the Kensho SuperChair, though. Personally, I think that Breckenridge could avoid this type of issue by just using a solid red line for all of its lifts, like Keystone does. At Keystone, you can tell Wayback is a fixed grip quad and the others are high speed quads just because it doesn't have 'express' in its name.

Included on the map(s) is the proposed new eastside lift & trail complex, which will add over 600 acres of new terrain... resulting in more than 4,100 acres total.

There isn't much difference in this year's map from last year's map, other than that slow zones are now lightly shaded in yellow:

An interesting thing: Last year, mid-season, they opened a terrain park along the old rope tow at the top of chair 1, and managed to restore the old rope tow, which I am pretty sure hadn't been operated since the 90's. The thing was made almost entirely of wood. The old rope tow's tensioning system was completely broken, the haul rope actually dragged along the snow. This season, the rope tow was replaced. It doesn't surprise me, but there were absolutely no plans to replace it. It just spontaneously appeared this summer.
There are also two new runs down chair 1: a green and a blue.
