Here's a sad one...

Less than 2 years ago, this place spent $3 million on a brand new Doppelmayr CTEC triple chair (with a loading carpet!) to replace its 1979 Riblet double. Clearly replacing a serviceable chairlift with an expensive new one in the exact same alignment was not a wise decision given the finances. Some Doppelmayr salesman must have done a great job convincing them they needed a new lift!
