I'll post some of the interesting videos I come across on YouTube. Feel free to post yours as well.

First up...

Here's a video, of another lift manufacturing company. FATZER
They seem to have a test lift setup in the backyard of their factory
https://www.youtube....feature=related

Skip to 4:20 and see them running the lift at ultra high speeds with no carriers on the line. Very impressive.

Fatzer is a wire rope manufacturing company. Looks like they have built a "test bed" lift.

Yes I just noticed that, and I went HD and saw that the cabinets for the 'lift' are Doppelmayr so makes more sense now. Still impressive to see the bullwheel and sheaves going that fast.

I think everyone here can appreciate this video, I never thought existed.

The Breckenridge Quicksilver Superchair 1981.

And here is a link to a video I took of it as the Lake Chair at Owl's Head, it's new home.

I always figured Quicksilver Quad had its bottom terminal enclosed.

It was. In a building. What do you mean by 'enclosed'?

I hate moments of ambiguous syntax. I was saying that I figured Quicksilver Quad's bottom terminal probably had to have resembled the upper terminal. Funnily, I always notice that the Quad probably accessed the Mercury SuperChair more directly than the Super6 does, as getting to Mercury requires a straight shot down Eldorado from the Quicksilver Quad's upper terminal, but requires interacting with green run traffic coming from Ten Mile Station.

Oh, and at 1:18 in the video of the lift as it was when at Breckenridge, you can see the bottom terminal of Lift D, the Beaver Run SuperChair's predecessor. It appears that the lift was a bottom drive lift from the brief glimpse provided.
