I had a pair of Hi-Tec hikers a few years ago that I really liked. I also have a pair of 400 gram Redwings with some gnarly tread that get the most frequent use during the winter and a pair of 1200 gram Rockys.

And of course my favorite boots are the ones sitting by the door while I have my feet up on a night off.

They're the only boots that I've had last for me. I can't tell you how nice it's been to have a set of boots for years, instead of months...

Almost four years I've had them now, and still going strong!

I'd have to say my Keen Blackcombs are awesome. They have 200g insulation, dual climate rubber outsole, waterproof breathable membrane and a thermal heat shield footbed.
