Lift Operations Supervisor:
The Mount Snow Lift Operations Department is looking for a full time seasonal Lift Operations Supervisor. The desired candidate will have 3-5 years of lift operations experience as well as an ability to lead and manage staff. Duties include: Hiring staff, prepare and implement lift staff training, payroll, scheduling, discipline, performance reviews, managing within a budget, help to ensure that all lift staff are delivering superior service at all times. Supervise and assist with on time lift opening/closings, operator transport, lift/ramp preparation. Coordinate daily work assignments for 30+ staff members at 7-9 different lift locations. Quickly resolve guest/employee issues, including lift breakdowns and other operations issues.
