Back up your stuff and reinstall windows. It takes a little time but helps a ton. This assumes you have the reinstallation CD!

Did that, seems to work better, thanks (I always keeps the reinstallation CD, although this is the first time I've had to use it!). I then had to reinstall Juno as well, but I think things have improved. Cameron- I have McAfee Shield installed, but I'm not sure how effective it is I have it set to run automatically.

I will be leaving for Europe on Thursday for 10 days. I will have limited internet access while there as I will be touring Milan, Venice, Florence, and Pisa in Italy as well as Monaco and then the French Riviera and Paris in France.

I'll be on the road for the next few weeks - PNSAA next week, CWSAA the following week, home for the weekend and then off to RMLA.
