Northstar is breaking ground on their village.
Mt. Rose is adding a six-pack to the east bowl and moving the quad to the chutes area.
Heavenly is likely upgrading facilities and replacing Powderbowl and Waterfall with a HS6.
Alpine Meadows is adding a HSQ to the backside.
Squaw is likely continuing the expansion of the village (?).
Any others?

I think that Alpine Meadows is no longer planning on installing a high-speed quad like it did after several people on its forum complained about it and how pointless it would be. But I could be wrong.
Don't forget about Kirkwood's new HSQ and Mammoth is also installing another HSQ.
Also, that new ski area in Northern California might be installing its lifts this summer too, since it has approval.

No, what happened is that they had a hoax on the forum to incite conversation amongst its members. Once it ran its course, the true nature of the lift to be installed was revealed, and there were no further complaints.

If what has been said on the alpine forum is true, 2 new lifts will be installed. A hsq for sherwood and another chair running from hot wheel gully up to the top of sherwood. Kinda funny on the second one though, because when Weasal (now hot wheel) was made a triple in 98, the line was shortened as it used to go back into the sherwood area becasue it was an "up and over" lift with several midstations. Soon we will find out for sure if what has been said is true.
Again, Dyer may put in several lifts, also Squaw may upgrade Links to a fgq and sugar bowl may realign the crows nest chair for better access to Crows Nest Peak (it has already been approved)

I am betting on just one at Alpine. And I doubt that Squaw and Sugar Bowl will do those projects yet, they have had the permits for a while.

Ok, today Alpine Meadows officially announced Sherwood will be turned in to a high-speed quad.

That's kind of interesting that Alpine Meadows mentions the contract with lift manufacturers. I wonder what that's supposed to mean because all the lifts that Powdr Corp owns are in some way in relation with Doppelmayr CTEC unless the former lift manufacturer is no longer around like YAN. But I'm thinking it's going to be a Doppelmayr CTEC HSQ and not a Leitner Poma since that's all Powdr Corp has bought for its resorts.

If anyone has wondered what's the point of the Doppelmayr pulse gondola that connects High Camp with Goldcoast, here's the answer. Where the pulse makes it's turn, that's actually a proposed hotel and that angle turn is going to be the loading and unloading area that's going to be built inside the hotel.

Here you go CAski. However, I haven't heard anything about it being scraped, but then again, this hotel hasn't been built yet. Maybe it was scratched after the base village went it and plus the base village is a ghost town on the weekdays, so who knows.

Well, appearently, it is just something that Cushing is pondering. I don't know if this article is real or not, but it agrees with most everything else we have found. If it is true, Cushing wants not one, but three hotels on the mountain. Gold Coast, High Camp, and that curve. I could see the hotels at Gold Coast and High Camp going in, but three is just too many. I think it isn't going to happen.
