I am trying to clear up an issue on my hall double. tracking down inspection procedures has been difficult @ best. Doppelmayr-CTEC said they have nothing, but I know in the past I have seen them for gear mesh and backlash. Any one have any info to share?

its a 1970 model 1405 with some conflicting records for ratio, I will crawl back up in and get some more info. I was putting out there for maybe a generic procedure to start with. I am waiting
on a call back from the last person who serviced it.

Are you talking about the gearbox, or the final drive on the bullwheel?
