Doug Tanner sent me an email a couple days ago informing me his mom, Virginia Tanner passed away at age 92. She was the key person who saved 50 years of ski history for their area and I have been compiling this information. Unfortunately I was going to do an interview with her but her health failed very quickly. Doug said only a month and a half ago she was still driving, and now gone.
FYI for any old-time Ski Acres folks out there.
