Probably a mad request, but does anyone have a video/sound of a poma chair/gondola restarting after a routine stop?

It's normally just a bell like what you would see in a school.

The Elk Camp Gondola has a Siren. I'm 80% sure that Sheer Bliss is the same way at Snowmass. The times I worked the Gondola it was odd hearing that and not the bell.

All of the lifts at Vail have sirens instead of bells, now that I think of it. It sounds a bit like a police car if there's any way to describe it.

Our Doppelmayr has a siren that I would describe as sounding similar. The rest have no restart sirens/bells.

Our 1994 Competition has a edwards adaptabells at both stations (small fire bell) that sound for the duration of the start sequence(from when start is pressed until the lift starts moving) Our Omega has what I would describe as howlers(sonalert on steroids) and strobes.

I like the old Electronic buzzers which I've seen alot of resorts use, as well as the old fashioned small 2-bell door-bell at the top and bottom stations. There was one lift somewhere out east in New York that used a "Fire Alarm" type buzzer, loud as hell...

The Flyer's start bell is wired into the vault fire alarm-- earplugs are a must down there!

That kind of explains why on the many times I've been to Vail I hear those ambulance/police car/fire truck sirens.

I think that there is also a quick siren beep that goes off sometimes to tell people to move forward to the loading line.

That's more likely the signal button being pressed. It would be a high pitched beep.

I was recently skiing in courcheval [France]. There was a Poma HSQ (falcon station). Everytime the loading gates opened there was a 3 tone beep, which I must say, was rather loud. I dont know how it doesnt drive the lifties mad...
