Mt Norquay Pictures

While in Banff earlier today i stopped @ Mt Norquay and snapped pictures of two lifts.
The Cascade Quad is a Leintner canada Quad dating from the late 90's.

Sorry no i wasn't around long and its a bit of a hike from the base to the chair. I did however findout that the original chair was a single and featured a terminal within the moutain. i do not know if it is still this way.

Nope sorry. I was just walking around when I snapped those North American Pix. I didn't have easy access to Pathfinder that day.

How old is it and what style of terminal is it?

It was installed in 1990, so it might have the Competition terminal design.

The Pathfinder express is now caled the Mystic express and the terminal was custom made by Poma. It is one of the shortest hsq terminals I have ever seen. It is cool as soon as you sit down from loading, it accelerates you instantly.

I'll bet it had to be custom as there really isn't alot of room at the bottom or top of the hill for a large terminal.
