Pulling together some threads we have going in the Trivia section:

Sunshine Accelerator (Bachelor) 254'vert, 1888' length
Surprise (Terry Peaks)
Armstrong's Express (Alpental)- which I seem to remember being a more or less average length lift but anyway-

and one that's not in there-
Excelerator or E-lift (Copper) 11 towers, 64 chairs, 3.1 minute ride, 823' vert, 3410' length.

Not knowing how long the Surprise lift is, I'd guess from the picture that it's about the same length as the Sunshine. Anyone have some stats on it, as well as Armstrong? Sunshine wins the shortest detach prize so far...

I dunno, I found a POMA gondola over in Europe that just crosses a road and over a few houses. The lift basically just conected two ski resorts together. What about the Cabriolet at The Canyons. That's also pretty short.

Well if you guys wanted to use the "Lift Construction Survey" pages, this would make the job a lot easier. B) The Surprise's lift stats are on there too.

Don't forget Squaw's six pack, Far East. Then I think Bromont has a short HSQ and Camelback has a HSQ that is 2686'.

Not a HS lift, but it's still short. The Easy Rider Quad at Cypress Mountain.
Four Towers and 28 chairs, it replaced a rope tow.
