Quiksilver Quad at Boreal Resort

Does anyone know if Boreal removed the Quiksilver Quad (Yan) from the backside of the resort? It is not listed on their map for this season.

I know that Boreal has not operated this lift for some time and the backside can have very little snow due to its southern facing. Since Boreal just installed the Crystal Peak Quad (Doppelmayr) on the front side, one would think it would be more cost effective in this tough economic time to move Quiksilver from the backside to the front instead of install a new lift with the same capacity.
