How old is the gondola at the San Diego Zoo? If it's not that, then it's the old Park City gondola from about 1965.

Oldest HSQ is the Vista Bahn at Vail from 1985.

1966. It is also one of the oldest I've ridden but back when it was at Loon in NH.

My oldest detachable gondola must be the old Wildcat 1957 Carlevario/Savio.

Oldest detachable chair, Quicksilver at Breckenridge. On the east coast, Forerunner at Stowe.

Since you bring it up, I also rode the 1956 Von Roll at Disneyland as my first detachable - in 1965!
I can tell you nothing about the lift, but SHE was Sweet!

I always liked the busch gardens skyway because of the turn in the middle of the layout, just kinda different and neat.
