Tree falls on lift at Snoqualmie

Midday today a large tree fell on the line of the new Silver Fir Express at Summit Central. Coincidentally, the lift was closed due to problems with ice on the grips. An ambulance showed up but no one appeared to be injured. I will post a picture later.

Reminds me of the trees that they cut to fall on the old Eskimo Riblet at Winter Park during the destructive Lift Testing, they did 3 trees total I think, all 3 while the lift was running, the thing kept going like nothing had happened as the trees bounced off the cable and fell to the ground.
