Saw this over on SnowJournal about the interconnect between Gore Mountain Ski Area and North Creek Ski Bowl in North Creek, NY being approved by the Adirondack Park Agency Agency.

Full Story from SAM: http://www.saminfo.c...le.php?tid=3772

Talks about new trails and two new lifts as well as new quad chairs at the tiny NCSB. It will be interesting to watch this and see if it goes any further.
Chairlift n. A transportation system found at most ski areas in which a series of chairs suspended from a cable rapidly conveys anywhere from one to eight skiers from the front of one line to the back of another.
