Press 2 for Spanish. I'm told that most of those support people are in LA and speak perfect English.

Well, I was able to get ahold of someone tonight and I pretty much have everything resolved.

Customer Support told me to purchase another system on its website and then call them back tomorrow with the order number and they will provide me with a return label and credit back my credit card.

I also used Bing's Cashback (work's on Dell.com) which saved me an additional 20%.

One this order, I selected the RGB LED Display.

Just upgraded to Windows 7 and I'm amazed by how easy it was, in fact I'd say it was the easiest windows install I've ever done. Found all the drivers and just started working, nice.

Agreed, I upgraded to Windows 7 with the $29.99 Student Offer and it is a huge improvement.

Got Windows 7 x64 for my custom system that hasn't seen an upgrade in almost a year and its working great. Only real difference this time around is my new "monitor" and Microsoft X6 keyboard.

I bought a new HP computer and monitor 23 inches (I like 23 inches because I can see two windows at same time like one internet window and other movie both are opening. So I love it).

Window 7 is very cool!!! It is very much different than Window XP and Vista. Window 7 is stronger to protect virus and warning. When warning...the screen changes to dimmish and the pop up messange appears. That really is nice.

I bought anti virus program called Kaspersky. I like it.

Anyway,

Happy New Year 2010!!!
