More vintage pic's sent to me this weekend from Doug Tanner for construction of the POMA lift and some of the lodge construction at Ski Acres. Year should be somewhere between 1948-1950.

That's awsome set of pictures. The POMA looks like it started where Gallery does now but ends where Holiday is. It's cool to see the Edelweiss condo being built, don't the Tanner's still own a unit or two at the condo?

Wow that is really cool. I grew up at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Utah but moved to Issaquah area when I was 15. At first I hated the Summit but have fallen in love with it. Thanks for posting!
