I can't get the picture to blow up but if I squint my eyes just right :pinch: it looks like a high speed double???

Timberline in west Virginia has a covered double. Its an old fixed grip. I have no clue what the manufacturer is. It is cool lift though. Its called the Silver Queen, i think

It must be the old Silver Queen double from Crested Butte, CO, which was a Heron-POMA.

Well, of course there was F-lift at Copper, a bubbled FGD.

F Lift at Copper was indeed a Heron "Double Bubble" Built in 71 for the opening season of 72 and removed in 89 and replaced by the Eagle.

The cover was a clam shell design where the lower "skirt" could be raised or lowered with the footrest and the upper bubble could be raised or lowered independently. There was a clip device to attach the bubble to the footrest skirt to operate as one unit.

2-CLD/B Stöckalp-Cheselen [Melchsee Frutt]
2-CLD/B Cheselen-Bettenalp [Melchsee Frutt]
2-CLD/B Leontica-Cancorì [Nara]
