They are advertising the sale of chairs from Triple 60 for $50. Seems strange, but do you think they would replace them with the chairs from Silver Fir? It all just seems wacky to me, but maybe I'm just not seeing the full picture or something??

The chairs that were on there this season were the same but galvanized. I wonder if they just took them off and had them galvanized at some point in the last few years or bought new CTEC chairs? It seems odd that they are buying new ones, they aren't that old and they aren't Yans!

Maybe it's due to a recent service bulletin that CTEC sent out. If not, and the grips come with them, it'd be a great deal for an area such as Snow King.

I just picked mine up. The part that connects the chair to the rope was also included but not in my picture

Why couldn't they of come up with "Global Cooling"?

As I understand it these chairs were removed 3 years ago and replaced with the galvanized ones, but are just now being sold.

You're right, and the chairs can't be put back into service.

And I hope they never are due to the amount of rust. Still I'm loving how cheap it was to buy.
