Here are the videos as seen on the lawyers topic....

does anybody has this problem in north america? i guess propably not because of you usually dont have the kind of "bubbles" over the chairs....
(i only remember fitzsimmons express in w/b having bubbles....)

Personally, it looks like a testament to the design and extreme limits of the technology and construction of lifts. The last video looks a little disturbing with people on the lift, but I’d have to venture a guess and say (hope) that strong wind stirred up out of nowhere rather than the resort choosing to operate the lift in those conditions.

I bet if they could have moved the lift 20 feet that carrier would stop swinging so violently. Someone explained the theory (was it on here?) on the carrier parked next to the tower and excessive swinging in the wind. Although it wouldn't be my finger on the start button!

jep, it seeems, the problem of this is the distance between tower and top station. what makes me think about this is the video of the wanglspitzbahn. there is not only one bouncing chair (strong sidewinds in front of the station) but more than 3!!!!
