Riva Bahn at Vail has a mid-station but on the trail map it says you cant load. What is up with that?

Mid-station:
2 towers after mid-station:
Basically the answer is that you simply can't get on at the mid-station unless you got off and right back on again. It's located at the top of a hill that you can't ski to.
