I was wondering if anyone here knows what the various abbreviations for chairlifts and different parts mean. For example what does UNI-G or TB-41 stand for?

I don't know what the TB is for, but the number refers to the rope diameter in millimetres. There were TB-39 grips as well as TB-50s.
