nice photos! You must have to work or ski often or just be downright lucky to get a good shot of an inverrsion in the valley like that.

It's fairly common here - and I do work often usually 40+ hours a week :) I try and ski at least every week.

About one of the neatest things i've seen is on windy days large snow plumes can be seen coming off the mountains in Alberta especially.

This one i took from about 3/4 up the hike to the top of Cinder Cone at Mt Bachelor, aiming at the summit.

The Canmore nordic ski center on a beautiful day. This is the home of the national nordic team and some of the best trails on the continent.
