Got another response from Coe regarding the question of them selling off the chairs from the Littlecat Double:
The way it stands right now, we are going to try and sell Littlecat. If
we do not find a buyer, then I think we will scrap it. I will suggest
that if we sell the chairs that we put something on our web page about
it so look there.
As for the rest of the fixed grips, they are running well with not to
many problems out of the ordinary. The Stadelis (Becker/Porky) are solid lifts with
over sized gearboxes and will probably run forever. MB III (MiddleBowl, a late 70s CTEC) and Wildcat (Early 70s Thiokol)
are getting old but still run fine. As I did dynamic load tests on both
last summer, they passed with flying colors.
Look for me in June when you come out. I will probably be out on the
construction site.

So if anyone knows of a resort which might be looking for a double which is perfect for a bunny hill/beginner area, contact Snowbasin. They've doubtless taken good care of her over the years.

How much are they wanting for little cat? And has it already been removed or would it be removed next summer?
Thanks for the information

Yeah I was just wondering what they were going for these days. Its been a while since I heard what old lifts were going for (back when I was working on a business plan for a resort) figured it'd be interesting to know what they're worth now.
Well I'm glad I got to ride on that lift before it's gone. So let me guess another Dop lift.

Indeed, it will be a Doppie. Nothing but the best for Snowbasin. (kidding) funny thing is that it used to take 5-6 min to ride the old Littlecat and the new Littlecat will take 2.5 min. Should work out great. Yes it seems a waste of money for such a lift, I would consider a Doppie fixed gripped Quad running at the 400ms but hey, why not give it some style. I'm just happy that Becker, Porky, Wildcat, and Middlebowl will be around for a few more years.
