Will things start to get better? I hope so!
Was the breakdown of NWE, the one the article speaks of, a lack of maintenance issue?

BEND -- The Utah company that owns Oregon's largest ski area will invest millions this year to improve lift maintenance and upgrade other infrastructure.

The announcement comes near the end of a season in which a new manager took over Mt. Bachelor ski area amid rising complaints from central Oregon residents and visitors about the resort's prices and service.

Matt Janney, general manager at Mt. Bachelor, said Powdr Corp., based in Park City, Utah, will spend $3.4 million on a new lift maintenance program, additional buses and equipment, and other upgrades at the resort west of Bend.
