Hi, does anyone know the installation years of all of the odd fixed chairlifts at Big Sky?? The skilifts.org pages are not very descriptive.

Even Big Sky doesn't know when the lifts were installed. I asked their PR department and they just confirmed where some lifts came from and that's it.

Southern Comfort came from Copper (F lift) in 1991 and was removed in 2004, and subsequently reinstalled as Dakota this summer.

Little Thunder was put in over 2 summers, 2005 and 2006, and came from Majestic at Brighton.

White Otter was the double chair at Conquistador, CO and was added in 1996.

Cascadewas Rendezvous at Crystal Mountain and was built in 2002.

Lone Moose was Santiago at Keystone and moved to Big Sky in 1999.

And the 1995 installation of Shedhorn is still a mystery to me.

Cascade aka chair 9 was originally built in 1983, 4800' or so and 1175' vertical. I believe it was considerably shortened on the reinstall.
