I will start this one with a new website from JH that will document the construction of the new tram this summer. http://www.tram-formation.com/ It includes footage from last summer's prep work.

I wonder if the Big Sky incident had anything to do with it? The funds that Boyne had for the project might be going towards the purchase of a new lift for Big Sky if that's what's happening this summer there.

Who knows, their plans seem to be constantly changing. They really could be fine without replacing the gondola at Big Sky. The only Boyne announement so far has been the Chondola at Sunday River.

Looks like a detach quad to me. Six packs are wider than the quads. That one appears to be about the size of a quad.

I think they're the regular Omega chairs at an early stage of production, just at a weird angle. You can look at a much bigger version of that picture on the gallery. They've only had the Omega chair for about 10 years, and these things don't change too often

Well, the Competition carriers were only around for like 3 years before POMA went back to the Falcon style.

I didn't have a camera with me today but the River Run Gondola at Keystone has been de-tensioned and the rope is off at least the bottom two towers. Also all of the cabins are in the parking lot minus hanger arms.

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

If I remember correctly, Doppelmayr CTEC was going to purchase the gondola for another project. Possibly the Oakland Zoo?

Apparently it will not allow me to post photos from Photo Bucket, "You have entered a link to a website that the administrator does not allow links to"
I just uploaded the photos to my photobucket account.

Just provide a link to the Photo Bucket gallery.

We don't allow it because other people were getting mad at us for deep linking images from their site. I'm not sure if IPB has the ability to allow deep linking from certain sites or not.
