I've been dragged by a lift, does that count. New Year's morning, a lifetime ago, when I was a lift operator. A guest sat down and snagged my glove and I was dragged off the end of the load ramp. The worst part was going to patrol with a banged up head and them asking, 'do you have a headache? Do you feel woozy?". It was New Year's day, I was all of the above.

I fell from the Germania machine room (the 1975 original one) at Alta. I was 1-handing the ladder with a toolbox in the other hand. That last rung at the top is set back about 6 inches. Missed it.
