Here are pictures of Milly Lifts. Enjoy to see them.

They have safely bar without footrest, because of short distrance.

The "box" under the chair is a "wind weight" which is supposed to help minimize the negative affects of high winds.

more importantly its a counterweight to keep the chair level.

Is that why they come in different sizes/weights ?

I would assume so. It seems that there's a different weight for each type of chair. The EJ's have a smaller one.
