By now all wireing and mechanical is waterloged. You'd have to tear it apart peice by peice , get your trusty hand held hair dryer out, and dry out everything. I'd say it's totaled.

You have to remember it's owned by the STATE. They have employees that are paid by the YEAR. Plenty of time to take it apart this summer and be ready for next winter!! :thumbsup:

As in any gov. dept. they will take thier time, then do it over and over again. I bet they buy another.

cat was pulled out of the lake last week not before some kids smashed the wind shield

Do you think the cat is totaled with the amount of water damage that it encountered while sitting in the lake that long?

Maybe "it" in this case was water out of the cat; instead of the cat out of the water...
