Any time you have an unbalanced carrier entering the terminal it has the potential to cause damage. On a sixpack the wider carrier can bounce significantly with one or two people way outside. Several years ago we had a chair jam up on the Flyer when a guy sat all the way outside- we had to grind burrs off the principal rail before we could reopen the lift because the grip ended up bouncing all the way out of the rail and sliding on top of it. It's not that good for the grips or the rail.
