YAN QMC (Quad Mono Cable Funitel)

Some time in the early 1990's YAN build a Funitel at June Mountain, CA called a quad mono cable, or QMC. Apparently June had difficulty getting the cables to run in synchronism and the lift also developed the grip problems that occurred on the Yan high-speed quads and was removed in 1997.

I found these photos on funivie.org.

Does anyone have any other photographs of this lift or other information about it?

OK my fascination continues...

Attached is the patent for this lift. Pretty interesting stuff. The adjustment system built into the bull wheel is particularly interesting.

Intresting cabin. All the trams and things like it mostly have somewhat cool looking cabins.
