well we opened today!! 
Got about 2 1/2 feet of snow this week. As I expected I had alot of new lift ops to train.

well we opened today!! Got about 2 1/2 feet of snow this week. As I expected I had alot of new lift ops to train.

yep. I wrote the manual this year 
! And we do a lot of OJT. It's how I learned at Dodge Ridge--Orientation and on-the-job.
