:w00t: well we opened today!! :biggrin: Got about 2 1/2 feet of snow this week. As I expected I had alot of new lift ops to train.

Don't you bring them in 1-2 weeks before openiong to train, read thru the manual?

yep. I wrote the manual this year :cool: ! And we do a lot of OJT. It's how I learned at Dodge Ridge--Orientation and on-the-job.

The snow finally arrived. And to think, EagleAce, we were stressed a couple of weeks ago that the snow would never come to the Sierras! :w00t:
