While I was doing my weekly patronage of attending church this evening, someone got under my truck and used a pipe cutter and removed both of my catalytic converters.

So I had to have it towed to the dealership (leased vehicle so I have to go through the dealership for replacement), call the police and file a police report and contact my insurance company about seeing if that is covered under my policy.

We'll see what the out come is, tomorrow I have to either rent a car or find out how quick I can get my truck back online.

Maybe it was a message from God ? It did happen in a church parking lot ? Perhaps God is unhappy with some of the recent posts on your site ? :alien:

My guess is that it was some meth heads, which means they will probably strike back again.

Its a lease so I have to go with OEM equipment. Along with 2 cats (V8 Tundras have one per side) and 2 Oxygen sensors and labor, yeah thats about right.

Yikes, OEM on my dodge was $300 per for cats, labor included, plus they threw in an aftermarket dual cat back system.

You should see if the dealership can install a protective shield under your frame to stop this from happening again.
