It appears all the carriers on Pine Marten at Mt. Bachelor are coming off the line and there might be a Doppelmayr CTEC trailer parked next to it which makes me wonder what's going on there?

Anyone want to take a shot in the dark?

P.S. It wasn't like this the other day.

Seems a little late to switch chairs. Do they want new ones?

When I talked to Rick Brooks about the issue, he said he didn't find any and from the discussion in the Industry Only forums, it sounded like the cracks were only found in carriers manufactured in Taiwan from 1995 to 1998. The carriers on Pine Marten are from 1986 so I don't believe it would be this issue, but this is just my assumption.

Thats just their grip trailer... "Summer" Maint. on grips is what is going on.

I can see the grip trailer being a huge money and time saver for Mt. Bachelor.

That would be cool if it has a dark room in it.

It's kinda off topic, but are you still trying for a grip shop on the Flyer?

Always.
Mike- I pull the chair off the line onto the park rail and then take the grips up to our TB shop on the hill. I leave the carrier on the ground until I finish the grip. It's messy but it works (and I don't know if I could get the grip off while the chair is hanging like the picture shows). We do one a day in the winter on all our detaches to get that project off the summer books.
