Panorama Resort sold?

I've heard rumors that intrawest sold panorama resort in b.c. to a few private investors from eastern canada (no real estate company). Is that true? I was wondering if anyone does know more about it and if yes why did they sell it (can't find a news/press release about it on the intrawest page as well as on the panorama site right now).

I read about that happening too and I think it was in July.

well besides th ice and the bad conditions im not sure about why they sold it
