Random, but I was just looking at their trail map and their terrain park is called the "Trailer Park Terrain Park!"

Did you hike to the top?

The area was gated down a half mile so i had to walk. The whole way I saw NO signs saying to KEEP OUT. If I had seen one I would of left. Remember this area is in where everybody is friendly and trusts eachother.

I think he is referring to climbing the terminal, which probably is not a good idea.

Skier is right. I'm talking about climbing towers, goign inside lift shacks and the like WITHOUT permission from Management. YOU and Skilifts.org can be hurt by actions like this.

If this was my area, and I started a lift, and you were in a bad spot, and I maimed or killed you, how would I feel. We practice lockout, practice makes perfect. If you want to get these shots, you can, Just ask...........it will save your life and allow us to sleep nights

Hey dude, they're great pictures, but just be safe. No picture is worth your life. Remember, during the summer months lifts may seem to be shut down for the season, but may and are started at times with little or no warning for MTX reasons.

Again, awesome pictures!

Oh boo hoo hoo. He and Skilifts.org is not going to get into trouble. He already stated that there was no "Keep Out" signs posted. He did not break any laws.

Actualy regarless of posting or not and regardless of if the lift is located on private property or forrest service land the lifts are still private property. Entering any lift structure or climbing on the lift is still tresspassing and can cary significant penalties and is against the law.

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

Hello!

Time for Skilifts.org to make a post on this issue. Skilifts.org cannot be held responsible or at liability for a user on this board entering a terminal or climbing a tower. Responsibility falls directly onto the user. If you choose to trespass to take images of skilifts, you are doing so at your own risk. Skilifts.org cannot be responsible, for one, I am not paying you to get images for this board and two you are not a representative or staff of Skilifts.org.

Now, as Mike stated, this is not a practice you should do. It can lead to legal issues if you are caught trespassing and you could very well get injured or even killed climbing a tower or messing around machinery. You never know when a lift can or will start.

If you wish images from this vantage point, contact your local area and ask if you could see and take images of a motor room. More than likely, they will give you a tour and allow you to take pictures. As for towers, that may be a bit more difficult, but never hurts to ask.

Thanks...
- Bill
