I HATE these companies who just snatch up these domain names just to sell to someone who really wants to make a website.

Actually, if Skilifts.org was founded as Skilifts Company before that .com name was registered, we could actually take it from them for free.
When .com first became available, a lot of students purchased the domains of coke.com, pepsi.com, etc. and made a fortune since their asking price of about $10,000 was just pennies to these large companies.
