There are three roads to ruin; women, gambling and technicians. The most pleasant is with women, the quickest is with gambling, but the surest is with technicians. Georges Pompidou

There was about an inch on our side of the range this morning, sure made for a slippery drive in. Doesn't make grip inspection easy, either (L-lift, fixed Poma)

Yeah about a half inch here but it was gone completely by noon in town. I imagine that grip inspection is significantly hampered by the snow. Hopefuly it holds off until all pre-ops work is done for the county then the clouds can open up.

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

Skiing#1, have you been up to Brighton lately? They have done a pretty bad job posting pics of the Milly Express.

If we get any more snow we're gonna have to pull out a skidoo! I was very close to not making it up the mountain on the four-wheeler today!

We got over an inch in about half an hour. Before and after! (The after pic wasn't all the snow, just how hard it was snowing)
And as a bonus, you can see our newly installed gussets on the carriers!! *shudder*

Are you shuddering because you have gussets, or becaue you still have those carriers at all? Looks like the Interior got pounded eh?
We had a nice stretch of weather this week, my partner and I worked and extra day to take advantage of it. I need at least another week of sun, and I wouldn't mind more just so I can continue to drive up the hill in a truck and not on a four-wheeler. Is that selfish or what?

Jeebus!! Hasn't come down that hard here (yet). Those gussets look nice by the way.

Not selfish at all John! In a perfect world, the snow would all come at once (preferably a couple days before opening) and we'd have nice weather all the way up until then. Buggy rides are cold too, and it's hard to ride a buggy and drink a cup of coffee.
