Looks a little different than when I was there on Cinco de Mayo. I am going hiking tomorrow at Crystal. Nice pictures, by the way.

Here's the rest that are related to a lift. I have more of Alpental, if anyone wants to see them tell me and I'd be happy to post them.

I will most likely never do that hike again. To midway there is no trail and it is all overgrown. I'll find a good day this winter to take a few.

Haha, today was my 5th time hiking northway, the first time it took 6 hours and this time it only took 3. I have been parking at the lodge, walking down the road, then up lower northway, then up the liftline and down the access road from the summit. I guess the moral of the story is if you do it 4 more times, it will be faster!

By the way I saw a bear today which was pretty sweet. It was hangin out on Crystal Mountain Boulevard.

Definately true when I came across Snoqualmie pass on the 4th of May, it was snowing across the summit. Nice pics!

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

Yes there are. I think every ski area up there has at leas one cliff band. Skier- why don't you park down at the Northway Shuttle turnaround? It would cut out the walk...
