[Skiing at Home]

I am seeking backyard ski areas to feature as "The Backyard Ski Area of the Week."

I stumbled on this site and plan on posting a link from my site, great info here!

If you have a private hill, one with a working lift would be great, but not required, contact me;

Well, this hill's in my front yard. 4,200 vert. from my porch.


I've skied off the top once. I hit the lower ridges quite often, though.

That is SAWEEET Carl, I bet coming down from the top of that was a blast! Things are just so different here in the east, we hardly ever have enough cover to just take off up the mountains. The mountains around me have about 1200 vertical but hardly enough coverage to stay out of the rocks/trees and so on
