The Pikes Peak-Whistler thread got me thinking, How many lifts have been relocated more than once?

1. Pikes Peak => Peak at Whistler => Franz's at Whitler
2. Saddleback at The Canyons => Raptor at The Canyons => Dreamscape at The Canyons

Others?
