If anyone is interested in seeing some old vintage footage of Park City back in the early 1980s, check out the movie Snowballing.

I was amazed at how tall the counterweight shaft for the Ski Team lift was.

The movie is actually about a group of high school students who go to Park City to compete in the annual high-school race championships. However, some students discover that the entire event is a fraud by the ski resort owner and decide to take action into their own hands, but of course picking up some chicks and partying along the way.

As for the term, if anyone wants to look up its meaning, check out urbandictionary.com

Or maybe this is all pure gibberish—a product of the demented imagination of a lazy drunken hillbilly with a heart full of hate who has found a way to live out where the real winds blow—to sleep late, have fun, get wild, drink whisky, and drive fast on empty streets with nothing in mind except falling in love and not getting arrested . . . Res ipsa loquitur (it speaks for it self). Let the good times roll." HT
