I always would like to see inside the terminal of the high speed lift, and my question is can I ask a person with authority to let me see inside there? Or no allowed?
I'd say you actually have to arrange such a thing because of safety reasons. You cannot just ask a lifty to show you around a lift. Maybe you could arrange something by calling the maintenance department of your local ski area or perhaps ask an industry II employee on the site who could maybe arrange something.

If you are old enough, working at a ski resort in Lift Ops would merit you the ability to see inside one of the terminals that you would like to see. I agree it is a very interesting thing to watch when the lift is in motion. Though arranging it with the lift maintenance department of your local ski area like Lift Kid said would also be a good avenue.
Chairlift n. A transportation system found at most ski areas in which a series of chairs suspended from a cable rapidly conveys anywhere from one to eight skiers from the front of one line to the back of another.

Mmmm.... I guess it depends on the ski area. A few years ago I haven't been allowed, but I was 14. Now I'm older and I work there, maybe it could work. At least, one of the mechanics know me after I had a skilift-related discussion with him last weekend. Try contacting the maintenance department.

Lift Kid, Jonni and Dr Frankenstein,
Thank you for a good advicing and suggestion. I asked lift operator that I would talk to the maintenance department, and he showed up and he allowed me to see the terminal. It is very fantastic and interesting thing to watch when the lift is in motion and I love it. Also he showed me the grip (in the repair room), and wow it is big than what I thought. It was fun to see the terminal and the grip.

I agree, it is awsome to go into a terminal. once I was at Crystal in the summer with a friend who worked year 'round he showed us around the Forest Queens top station. Those things have three moters. 1. electric 2. diesel 3. gas evac moter.

Actually, 9's third motor is a diesel as well; it drives a hydrostatic pump which can be coupled directly to the bullwheel in the event of mainshaft failure or could also drive the high-speed (input) shaft. I can't remember which setup 9 has.

I've had people ask to see the motor room of my lift...not much to see inside a 21-year-old Yan fixed grip! I just refer 'em to Maintenance.
