Is the top elevation going to be any higher than it is now? Can any of the North Shores go any higher than they are now?

No, it isnt, it will terminate 20m lower than the Eagle Express. Only Seymour and Grouse can go a little bit farther although Seymour is not going to expand uphill because of the rugged terrain.
